The Johnstown RC Cub (PA) recently held their annual In-Door Fly-In
After a quick meeting, and a winter indoor picnic supper,
they push back the tables and fly what ever is safe to fly indoors.
This year they invited a group of Cub Scouts who enjoyed our RC sport!

The Laurel Highlands RC Club was very involved with this year's Latrobe Air Show, and we thank Linda and Dean Pollock, Rich Haefein, Rene Marquis, Jim Andrews and the rest of their members for doing a wonderful job in supporting our RC hobby and the AMA.  For more pics....  Click Here

The Commemorative Air Force recently visited Johnstown, PA and some members of the Johnstown RC Club went up to view the planes and even take rides on some vintage WWII air craft. Some of those planes were FIFI, one of only two flying B-29's, a P-51 fighter, a C-45 Expediter, and a Texan A-6.   For additional pictures.....Click Here

One of the highights of the AMA National Model Aviation Day was the first annual "Warbirds over WV" hosted by the Wing Nutz of St. Marys RC Club.  Above is a great picture of the assembled P-51 models from that day, plus a local veteran, Charlie Plemens made a surprise visit to the outing, who flew P-51's during WWII.  He was a great inspiration to all who attended!
